On November 25, 2022 the closing ceremony of the “Support for tourism in the Metsamor archeological site” project implemented as a result of cooperation between “Eurasia” CPO and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in RA took place. The project was implemented with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Republic of Armenia funded by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Within the framework of the “Support for tourism in the Metsamor archeological site” project the existing old bathrooms of the Metsamor Museum were renovated, as well as new bathrooms were built, boards were installed and a removable roof was acquired for carrying out archaeological works. The ceremony was attended by the General Director of “Eurasia” CPO Liana Yesayan, the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in RA Mr. Tomasz Bujko, Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations and European Union Affairs of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Bogdan Klich and etc. The goal of the project is to support the “Metsamor” Historical-Archaeological museum-reservation to fully use its educational-cultural potential and with the help of creation of basic infrastructure facilities assist the Museum to become a well-known touristic center in the region.
